Acabanes Overview
Welcome to Acabanes, a super holiday venue for a couple or a group.
The holiday villa is a beautiful, ancient barn, in a stunning area of South West France, Western Dordogne close to the pretty towns of Bergerac and Eymet.

Acabanes is easily accessible by car being 6 hours from Caen and St Malo and our guests receive a 20% discount with Brittany Ferries.
​
If you wish to fly it is only 20 minutes from Bergerac airport, which is serviced by flybe, Ryan Air and BA.
​
The location is a golfers heaven as the villa is only four miles from Chateau Vigiers one of the best golf resorts in the South West of France. Vigiers also boasts a 1* Michelin restaurant.
Acabanes offers space for solitude as well as having communal areas for socialising, and has extensive activities and equipment for the very young as well as older guests.

Facilities include; a large, heated pool with retractable cover, WIFI, large 50" plasma with Freesat, air conditioning in all first floor bedrooms, supersize trampoline with enclosure and steps, hundreds of DVDs, large selection of well maintained bikes and helmets for all ages, extensive golf equipment, extensive infant equipment large book library, board games and flat screen TVs in bedrooms.
A 11 x 5m heated pool is at the centre of the private pool area. The retractable cover and night lighting ensures the pool can be enjoyed 24 hours a day from Easter to the middle of November, with a guaranteed minimum temperature of 24 degrees c..

Guests can choose whether to relax by the pool, enjoy a range of beauty treatments, massage or yoga without leaving the farmhouse, cycle through the large network of quiet lanes, taste the famous local wines of St Emillion and Monbazillac, visit the colourful Issigeac market, enjoy Canoeing and go-karting, sample the delights of L’Imparfait one of the many wonderful restaurants in the area, or enjoy a peaceful round of golf at Chateau Vigiers followed by a golfers massage at the house.
